Program Details & Description

Our Oly-X/Gymnastics class is all about refining skill and technique for Olympic weightlifting and gymnastics. This class focuses on the fundamentals—breaking down complex movements like snatches, clean and jerks, muscle-ups, and handstands to build precision and control. We take the time to perfect form, so you can move safely and efficiently with increased weight or complexity. No rush, just quality reps and coaching to help you build confidence and mastery in these technical skills. This class is for our Members Only.
