Program Details & Description
A CrossFit program structured around Strength/Gymnastics and Conditioning (Metcon) kicks off with a focus on building strength and mastering bodyweight skills. You’ll work through exercises like squats, presses, or gymnastics movements (pull-ups, handstands, etc.), laying down the muscle and skill foundations. Afterward, you’ll move into the Metcon—a high-intensity, timed workout that combines various functional movements to build cardio and endurance. This setup gives you the best of both worlds: solid strength and skill work upfront, followed by a conditioning blast to push your fitness to the next level.
