Our Bootcamp class brings the same intensity and conditioning as our regular program but with a twist—it’s all about partner and team workouts, perfect for Social Saturday. You'll tackle high-energy, functional movements together, encouraging each other through every rep. Whether it's paired sprints, synchronized kettlebell swings, or team challenges, this class pushes you to work hard while building camaraderie. It’s the best of both worlds: you get a killer workout while having fun and connecting with others.
